Our money-back guarantee

It is a great pity that you have had a negative experience with our product and are not completely satisfied with the quality.

As a first-time buyer, you have the option of returning the products within 10 days, with the right to a refund of the purchase price. The period begins after receipt of the goods.

In order for you to be entitled to the money-back guarantee, the product must not have been used to more than one third of its original content. In this case, you can fall back on our money-back guarantee.
